Why did you choose personal training with Colleen?
Coming off of 3 years of playing a high-impact sport, I needed someone who understood where I was at both physically and mentally in regards to my fitness goals. I like that Colleen is focused on whole body health, not just losing weight or getting a six-pack.
Did you enjoy your workouts?
Yes! They were fun and pushed me just the right amount.The format was amazing and flowed well, and Colleen was super encouraging and never let me give up. Plus she is fun company and lets me complain as much as I want to and has great music.
How would you summarize your experience as a whole?
I had a really positive experience with Colleen. I’ve worked with other trainers in the past, and never really felt heard about what I felt was best for my body. Colleen is the opposite. She really listens and meets you where you are. I never felt silly trying new exercises (except for maybe the wood choppers) and always left feeling better than when we started.

Why did you choose personal training with Colleen?
I know Colleen personally and knew that when she does something, she goes in with full effort. I knew that she was going to push me to do my best, while also being compassionate enough to let me deal with my insecurities in an emotionally safe way.
Did you enjoy your workouts?
While I complained a LOT, yes; I loved the workouts! I left each workout feeling really good about myself and my abilities. Colleen helped me feel strong again.
Would you recommend Colleen as a personal trainer to others? If so, who?
I would absolutely recommend Colleen as a personal trainer! I would recommend Colleen to anyone who is struggling with fitness- anyone who has a motivation issue, is feeling unsure of where to start, is coming back to a fitness journey after a break, or even someone who is already fit and just wants a trainer. She’s very knowledgeable, motivating, and effective, and she makes something that could be horrible into a fun experience.

Why did you choose personal training with Colleen?
Her energy is realistically encouraging. For someone who doesn't enjoy working out, I enjoyed being able to complain about it with Colleen during our workout and validated my dislike for it which only encouraged me to keep going because I didn't have to fake it.
Did you enjoy your workouts?
I enjoyed them alot, they were customized to me and my needs, they were well within my abilities and pushed me just enough outside my comfort zone. Colleen was always motivating me and adapted my workouts as needed.
What did you particularly like about Colleen’s approach or delivery?
I really enjoyed her honesty and transparency. As someone who doesn't like working out and new to nutrition knowledge I appreciated her honesty with my workouts and nutrition.
